Over 50 Years of Global Manufacturing

ITI Manufacturing is the Trusted Expert for Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain Success.

ITI’s History and Expertise

ITI Manufacturing is an American-owned company with a passion for helping U.S. companies grow their business through global manufacturing. We are headquartered in Sugar Land, Texas, near Houston and are proud to be 100% employee owned.

In 1974, ITI’s founder Sandy Levin pioneered the art of importing high-quality products made overseas. ITI was one of the first companies invited to do business in China when Sandy was among the first group of 50 Americans to visit during Nixon’s Ping Pong Diplomacy.

Today, ITI provides unique, turnkey global manufacturing services in The Americas, China, Vietnam, S. Korea, Taiwan, India, and elsewhere. Through our expertise and long-term relationships, our team partners with our US customers to provide a reliable process, consistent quality products, and supply chain visibility.

The ITI Difference: Visibility, Predictability, and Accountability

Most manufacturing companies strive to provide quality products and competitive pricing.

ITI Manufacturing does that, too. But we differentiate our services by providing excellence in what truly drives value for customers:

Visibility

ITI employs a process where 100% of our customers are guaranteed a detailed and specific update on the status of their project, orders, and shipments every week. Along with daily communication, ITI sends out over 2,500 weekly updates per year to our customers.

Predictability

Ongoing and consistent communication enables proactive production planning, inventory management, and shipment scheduling. Our customers stay informed.

Accountability

ITI takes ownership when an issue comes up. Our commitment is to acknowledge issues on the same day, continuously follow up as it’s investigated, and resolve issues to your satisfaction. ITI acknowledges over 99% of issues on the same day.

How Do We Know What Matters Most to Our Customers?

ITI surveys our customers and uses statistical modeling to determine their value drivers. From those value drivers, we identify key execution levers where we can create the most value for customers. These execution levers drive our daily focus on customer value. How many companies can say they do that?
